Battie Clothing is now only taking on a limited amount of corset commissions each year. If you are interested in discussing a commisson, please get in touch via battie_clothing@yahoo.com or use the contact form available.

Please note custom made garments do take a long time to create. I do not keep any stock as every single item is created just for you, using your measurements, desired materials, and a collaboration of ideas. If you would like to order anything for a specific date or special event, please make sure you get in touch as soon as possible, to allow enough time to discuss your ideas, source any fabrics, adornment and allow enough time for shipping.

~If you would like to purchase an item seen on website: Please send me the name of the product and any additional modifications you would like to make, such as type of fabric, colour, adornment, shape... I will then get back to you if it possible to make it for you.

Shipping

Battie Clothing ships worldwide!! Every corset is hand wrapped in luxury tissue paper and sent in a presentation box filled with little suprises. The cost of shipping will depend on the garment you have ordered and your destination. Shipping cost will be noted on your quote. In the UK usually from £4 to £10. Internationally from £20.

~ UK: Sent via Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery (corsets or on request) or first class recorded delivery (other garments dependant on value)

~ International: Sent via a courier service (Fed Ex or UPS) which is an insured service and also has a tracking facility. Sometimes there maybe a cheaper option of sending via Royal Mail Airsure. Airsure does not cater for every country so it would be sent by Royal Mail International signed for. If you are interested in the Airsure option please let me know.

All packages will require a signiture.

Please note customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and bear in mind that on ocassion there will be delays due to customs and can be anywhere up to 2 months. Due to this I would suggest ordering in advance if you have a special event to go to, to avoid any disappointment.

Battie Clothing accepts Paypal or bank transfer GBP (£) preferred.

Debit or Credit Card via Paypal: Is a secure way to pay as neither party has to disclose any financial information. You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal. You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. On the right hand side of the next page you will see 2 options, the 2nd one is to pay using a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account. If you are have any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will assist you in anyway that I can.

Bank Transfer: Bank transfers will be accepted for payment from both local and international clients. Orders will not be begun until payment is cleared with the bank. Battie Clothing is not responsible for charges associated with an international bank transfer.

Payment plans: I do offer payment plans so you are not required to pay in full straight away. The quoted cost can be broken down into small payments and spread over a period of time. The full quote must be paid for before any gament will be shipped. Please enquiry if you are interested.

Cancellations or Returns

Cancellation:

If you should wish to cancel your order please send me an email as soon as you can to battie_clothing@yahoo.com Depending on where abouts your order is through its process I may be able to cancel your order. However if I have spent time making your pattern or cutting fabric they may still be a charge. If possible please cancel within the first 24 hours.

Returns:

Made to measure orders and custom creations are non-refundable. Please double and triple check your measurements before sending as it will be these that I will be making your pattern from. If you want to make triple sure that you have perfect fit I do offer a mock up service. For more informations please see the corset information page or email me. Every garment I send out is guaranteed to be free from defects, however human error can happen sometimes as no one is perfect. In this event I am more then happy to repair or replace and give you a massive apology for the inconvenice. If there is ever an issue please email me straight away.

Privacy is really important to me so I will never disclose any information you give me when ordering to another commercial organization or third party. Any information you provide will only be know by two parties: you and me (Amy).
